LOGOS Food21 is within the approved food zone with a total development cost of $45 million. It obtained a Green Mark Platinum award from the Building & Construction Authority in 2019. Each floor features a 10m high landscaped Sky Garden.

It features a contemporary facade design coupled with a sleek black-and-white aesthetic and offers large regular rectilinear tenancy spaces with 11.4m column-to- column spacing, 9.4-9.8m clear height.

The structural concept deploys post-tensioned flat slabs with RC columns and walls as its vertical elements to optimise the design. With each floor having a typical imposed load of 20kPa, resulting in a heavy foundation load. Precast RC pile was selected based on the soil profiles and to balance safety and cost considerations.
