What will you be doing?
-
Undertake Detailed Design of Building and Major Civil Infrastructure works
-
Prepare Alternative Designs
-
Liaise with Client, Client’s Consultants, Contractor and the Design Checker to obtain approval
-
Supervise and Manage Civil & Structural Projects in Singapore
What do you need to have?
-
Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or its equivalent that recognized by the Professional engineering bodies
-
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
-
Experience in the following design - buildings, underground structures, deep excavations, industrial plants, and civil works
-
Possess sound technical knowledge and conversant with the various engineering design software
-
Competent in Revit, Autocad, Orion, TSD, ETABS, Staad Pro, SAFE is an advantage
Senior / Civil & Structural Engineer
What will you be doing?

Prepare Conceptual, Submission, Tender and Construction Drawings using Revit
-
Prepare 3D Rendering and Presentation Material
-
Execute Project from Concept to Completion
-
Handle Site and Technical Issues
-
Knowledge of Contract Administration

Coordinate with Project Team
What do you need to have?

Degree in Architecture or equivalent
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Residential and Industrial Development Projects

Experience in local regulations and authority submission
-
Strong in technical knowledge and detailing
-
Competent in Revit, Autocad, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3Ds Max
