What do you need to have?

Degree in Architecture or equivalent

Architectural Designer
As a key member of our Architectural Team, you will participate in and deliver our Projects to the best of your abilities.
What will you be doing?
-
Develop accurate drawings using BIM software and modelling techniques
-
Assist in maintaining BIM standards and streamlining workflow
-
Prepare design, tender and construction documentation
-
Coordinate and liaise with project/construction team for drawing submissions, design updates or changes and other deliverables
-
Checking for clashes with other disciplines using Revit and/or Navisworks
-
Make recommendations for solutions for any implications of work
What do you need to have?

Diploma/ Degree in Architecture Engineering
-
Minimum 5 Years of years of relevant experience
-
Well-versed in Autodesk Revit BIM software standards and workflow
-
Well-versed in other CAD software, including but not limited to AutoCAD

Proficient in Microsoft Office
BIM Modeller (Architectural)
As a key member of our Civil & Structural Team, you will participate in and deliver our Projects to the best of your abilities
What will you be doing?

Undertake Detailed Design of Building and Major Civil Infrastructure works

Prepare Alternative Designs

Liaise with Client, Client’s Consultants, Contractor and the Design Checker to obtain approval

Supervise and Manage Civil & Structural Projects in Singapore
What do you need to have?
-
Diploma / Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or its equivalent that is recognized by the Professional engineering bodies.
-
Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience.
-
Experience in any or a combination of the following design - buildings, underground structures, deep excavations, industrial plants, and civil works.
-
Possesses sound technical knowledge and is conversant with various engineering design software.
-
Knowledge of Revit, Autocad, Orion, TSD, ETABS, Staad Pro, and SAFE is an advantage
Civil & Structural Engineer
As a key member of our Site Team, you will participate and deliver our Projects to the best of your abilities.
What will you be doing?
-
Review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
-
Provide endorsements required
-
Supervise all civil and architectural works, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, sewer, etc
-
Coordinate with the contractor, AC, QP(D), consultants, and relevant agencies, etc
-
Review and evaluate formwork structure, formwork support systems; submit an evaluation report endorsed by a PE
-
Review and supervise all safety, environmental, health matters
-
Supervise the installation of instrumentation, sanitary and plumbing installations, pump drainage works etc
-
Able to work for night shift
What do you need to have?
-
Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution
-
At least 10 years relevant experience.
-
Fully conversant with Building Control Act and Regulations.
-
Able to systematically maintain site records, contract documents and meet reporting requirements under the Building Control Act.
-
Experience in reinforced concrete piling work including industrial building works (RC, PT and steel)
-
Supervisory experience in architectural works and mechanical works is required
-
Registered with IES/BCA as Resident Technical Officer
