Singapore Institute of Architects

We could not be prouder to stand with the Singapore Institute of Architects, fellow built environment partners, and Epic Homes Build 2023 (EH189) in Kg Serigala.

Watching volunteers from architects and engineers to everyday changemakers, come together and pour their heart into raising a complete home in just 72 hours is a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we build for good.

We believe in giving our knowledge, time and resources to make a difference in the community and the world.

We strive to have sustainable design in our projects that minimizes the negative environmental impact of the built environment and connects people with the natural environment.

We enjoy lending a hand to community causes, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of others as well as the community as a whole.

Teewado Primary School / Myanmar

The Teewado community is a South Karen hill tribe residing along the borders of Thailand and Myanmar. With an estimated 125 families within this community, more than 30% of the population are under the age of 12 years old.

The Learning Village / Myanmar

With the changes in recent years to the political tides, many of these ethnic groups are slowly building hopes for a more stable future, especially for their next generation. In this context, The Learning Village with the Teewado community was conceived.

Jhoe Khar Prout Clinic / Myanmar

There are about 140 households, with a total population of about 650 people. They are considered Internal Displaced Person (IDP), a term used by the United Nations to refer to people who have fled their homes but not their country, for one reason or another.
