The developments are designed to be green certified with plans to obtain a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. Working closely with the hydrology and landscape teams, we created green and blue spaces that not only treat and retain rainwater for flood prevention, but also promote community building and placemaking. The truck depot will also be provided with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.

Whilst fulfilling the targeted Net Leasable Area for the development, and achieving the targeted land use efficiencies, we introduced pockets of spaces for eateries, parks and other amenities within the logistics zone that takes care of the worker’s needs and allowing space for recuperation. The water treatment plant is also capped with a green roof for public access, creating gathering point for families and friends from the existing and new neighbourhood.
